I used ******* to place an order through the pizzeria. After receiving the wrong order I called Perri's to resolve my issue. Mike, who claimed to be the owner spoke with me on the phone. He said I needed to go through ******* to resolve my issue. I did not have a problem with this and told Mike calmly that when problems like this arise and customers have to use a 3rd party to correct an order, they might be unlikely to go to the restaurant again. Mike started yelling profanities over the phone and verbally threatened me by yelling me to come down to the store and "do something about it". I have never experienced anything like it in my life.
