The food is usually good but it's never ready in the time frame given. Every time I order food from here it's always ready at least 10 minutes longer than the time frame given; which is annoying. If you say 30 mins, it should be ready in 30 mins. I always show up at least 10 minutes later than they say and I still have to wait for the food to come out of the oven. Very frustrating.

Perrys Pizza on Union Street is truly my favorite go to spot in Spencerport. Every visit is such a pleasant experience. The team here is always kind, respectful, and welcoming which makes a big difference. Even when I called close to 10 PM last week right around closing time they still took my order with a smile and made it happen. That level of kindness and commitment to service is something I truly appreciate.
The food is always excellent. Their pizza slices are huge and packed with flavor. You definitely get your money’s worth here. Whether you are grabbing a quick slice or ordering a full pizza you can always count on it being hot fresh and delicious.
And you have to try the cookies. They are soft sweet and just the right amount of chewy. It has become a little tradition for us to get cookies along with our pizza.
Whether you live nearby or are just visiting Spencerport Perrys Pizza is a place that makes you feel at home. Great food great people and great service every single time. Thank you to the entire team for always going the extra mile.

We just received a sheet pizza that was disappointing. When you pay $4 per topping, we expect toppings to be all over the pizza, not just down the center. Anybody that likes the edge pieces will be eating cheese pizza. I expected better. From now on, I guess I should look at the pizza before I leave.

PLEASE DO NOT FOR ANY REASON STOP SELLING SUBS AT YOUR SPENCERPORT LOCATION. subs are the only thing i order from your restaurant, besides boneless wings. I have stopped going to all other locations because they stop selling subs. I have spent thousands of dollars at your restaurants since i started ordering at your first lyell ave location. I will stop ordering if you get rid of subs.
Ordered chicken fingers, cheese fries, and a slice ... paid $28 which is highway robbery but I heard good things so decided to try.
The pizza ordering online had an option for well done so i assumed i could get my pizza hot, melted cheese, and maybe even a little crispy around the edges ... you know - well done. It was put in the oven as soon as I got there despite everything else bot even being started.
The slice was pulled out of the oven and left sitting on the counter (which I know because I watched her). About 5 minutes later another employee closed the box lids and brought them out front for everyone who was waiting and announced what she had. When I said I had more in my order, she told me she had no idea ... she just had the slices.
About 10 minutes later the rest of my food came out. By time I got home (about 7 minutes away), the pizza was luke warm at best and not even close to well done. Then the cheese fries were put on tin foil without non-stick spray so I was pulling pieces of foil off the bottom of my fries while I ate cold pizza.
Will never come back and they need to hire premium staff if they want to charge premium prices.
