I give Pontillos pizzeria a five star rating because…
Not only do I work there and actually see how the food is made and how chill the atmosphere is there. My children and I have been ordering a sheet pizza and 50 wings every single Friday for the longest time. Until we ate at Pontillos, we were ordering from all different places because we couldn’t really find the right place. This Pontillos actually has some of the best pizza and wings that we’ve had. And when I say different places, I’m talking all over Rochester, Greece, Gates, Spencerport, etc. Out of all of that Pontillos is one of the best !! Absolutely amazing The people that work there are really nice. The owner is a really good person and very understanding.
Parking: The parking lot is a decent size definitely enough room for at least 20 cars or so.
Kid-friendliness: Both of my daughters and their friends love the food. There are two TVs so if the kids wanted to watch TV they could.

We haven't gotten a pizza from Pontillo's in several years because it didn't meet our satisfaction. Decided to give them a try again and no improvement. Crust was hard. See photo a how the bottom looked. Eww. Threw away half a pizza. Taste wasn't there either. Sorry, not ordering from this location again.

When you take the time to try to explain to the kids working that there’s a shortcoming/issue with the Slice app (that the restaurant uses) and they instead dismiss you…we’re done. For good. Lots of pizza joints, I’ll head towards those with more professional staff.

For what they charge per topping on a pizza, it is ridiculous when you open the box and see this.
The pizzas usually come topped with enough toppings to cover the sauce and dough since it was ordered with 6 different kinds.
This location is so hit and miss that we will have to stop going here.

Love Pontillos pizza and wings. Order for pick up, if I'm heading through spencerport toward home(Holley). Pizza is consistently what I expect for the best pizzeria in the area. Wings were big and cooked EXACTLY like I ordered them, which is rare. Keep up the good work Pontillos Spencerport
