Originally from Rochester, but I’ve lived in Tennessee my whole life. Came back home for a funeral. My wife and I were recommended here by some family, and it was well worth it. I would assume the Owner is who we spoke to just based on conversation. He was really helpful and nice. Even was cracking jokes with us. Highly recommend this spot to anyone. Especially if you’ve never had a garbage plate. The place was spotless as well.

We frequent Spencerport Hots at least every couple of weeks. Lots of food choices, and the service is always excellent.

Staff is rude, I asked 2 questions. The first to have my to go food wrapped in foil for my 40 minute drive home. To be asked why, then to be told the foil they have wasn't wide enough, and the plastic containers were good enough to keep my food warm...it was not. Also if they gave bread with thier garbage plates, exact words "no, but if you want bread there are enough places that serve bread w/ thier plates close by, and I could go there." Food portions were small for the prices, the burgers were undercooked and pink in the middle. Called, asked for the manager they said someone would call me back, it's been a month and no call. If this could be negative stars it would!
