Was served by the kindest young lady today. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. My daughter has a gluten allergy and the girl made her feel so accommodated listing off so many flavors for her to try. She wasn’t talking to me she was talking directly to my daughter which made her feel heard and like a “big girl”. The entire ride home she wouldn’t stop talking about her new friend who works at the ice cream shop and how she’s excited to go back. Thank you for the delicious ice cream and for making my daughters day.

What a dump. Might be the dumbest employee alive. Took her 30 minutes to wait on one customer, left the store open yet wouldnt allow people inside. Rude and d**** We finallly just left. Feel bad if they ever have more than one customer at a time.

Stumbled onto Splitz last night and it was marvelous! There were eight of us, kids, grown-ups and everyone was happy and the Splitz prices are so reasonable for an excellent product. We loved it! Can't wait to try their banana splits and specialty sundaes... Thank you, Splitz and staff!

Very disappointed in the reduction of size.. Sundaes are so much smaller and expensive...The menu has a banana split for $6.50 and on the special board a mini banana split for $6.75 what's up with that?
