Not the best experience I’ve had at this place, started right from ordering. The woman behind the counter was impatient and more concerned what was going with her phone. Extremely unfriendly and some what rude. Then the food comes out, the person that was with order was all wrong. Clearly the staff doesn’t know what goes in their new smash bowls. I had the brisket with all the fixings, there was very little Mac and cheese in the bowl but they added so much shredded cheese it was sort of gross and the food was like warm at best. I thought I’ll just take it home and warm it up, it’ll be better. Wrong, turned into a cheese soup with how much extra shredded cheese they placed as a topping. Gross, The other order was another smash bowls, which was supposed to be fried chicken over mashed potatoes, blazin corn and gravy. Well they put Mac n cheese, instead of making us a new one they gave us a bowl of just mashed potatoes to transfer the toppings from one bowl to the other and some more chicken fingers. Yes it was nice they gave us extra food but didn’t get the bowl like we wanted. We complained about not getting the mashed potatoes didn’t want to complain more. The only decent thing we ordered were the chicken wings, but you can’t tell me those are smoked wings, clearly are fried and didn’t clean the chicken. Who wants feather pieces in their chicken wings. Not sure I’ll be going back any time soon. Place has gone down hill. Compete waist of $50

Always love going to this place. I am in Rochester at least 2-3 times a month and this is my go-to for BBQ.

Food is good and super fast, but don't wait for someone to come to your table and take your order. Lol There's no sign indicating this, BUT you order at the register and pay and then almost instantly, someone brings you your food. Jokes on me lol

Great food. Pulled pork, spicy corn, baked beans, outlaw baked potatoes, macaroni and cheese and their corn muffins are outstanding. Service can be slow and takeout lines very long. If you have a catering order that may be behind, too. Seems like two employees should be at the checkout when lines get 3 and more deep for takeout. Highly recommended.
