This review is for the management of Tim Hortons.
It’s always been inconsistent but today (21st Nov) it was particularly bad. This is the day we found out that priority is given to the drive thru customers rather than the ones who are in the shop. The lady before us had been waiting for 15 mins whilst we stood watching all the drive thru orders being fulfilled.
The 5 members of staff you have are clearly NOT ENOUGH.
Apart from that my Hot Chocolate was delicious. The Honey Crullers were amazing as usual.

This used to be my favorite location but it has been so inconsistent the past few weeks. I ordered the apple latte and it was made differently each time. The regular hot coffee is a hit or miss, at least one ingredient is always missing. You're better off walking into the store to grab your order so you can check if everything taste right. They are always willing to redo the drinks, but if you have limited time, it's not an option. The food is consistent and the service is nice.

Food is alright. A mistake was made to my order that I didn’t have the time to address at the time it happened. I was overcharged and given a cold breakfast sandwich. I brought it up to them the next day and the response I got was “sorry I wasn’t there” and not an apology or willingness to help.
Also, please stop serving breakfast sandwiches with cold cheese.

I went to this establishment today, in search of some good coffee. The barista, a short and young brunette, was such a sunshine and really uplifted me with her kind demeanor. I will be coming back!

It's probably the worst filled donuts out of all the Tims I've visited but their hot chocolate is great and so are their ice caps and their staff are very nice and helpful. Besides the donuts not always being filled to what they used to be or are being filled to at other locations and the top frosting amount being a let down it's still a good little tims coffee spot. Oh and this location like many lately doesn't serve the menu that is advertised on the screen so if you see items like frozen this, or that soup or chili likely hood is they don't have it just the standard donuts and drink options really. Will update if a wider and true advertised menu comes out. This is a problem with Tims across Rochester with the select menus and each one not serving the same items. Wish Tims corporate would standardize this and be more like its competitors.

Not much halal variety, my apologies. Roughly 3 menu items that wouldn't even pass for Kosher. Just not pork. Coffee outstanding, batista or cashier knowledgeable about different options and how it might taste to someone new! Always clean, very quiet!

The food is fine. But the customer service is atrocious. I have only been greeted nicely by one of the workers. All others have no humanity in them and just act rude. I also commonly have missing pieces of my order or an incorrect order.
