Not much halal variety, my apologies. Roughly 3 menu items that wouldn't even pass for Kosher. Just not pork. Coffee outstanding, batista or cashier knowledgeable about different options and how it might taste to someone new! Always clean, very quiet!
SLOW!!!!!!!!!
The food is fine. But the customer service is atrocious. I have only been greeted nicely by one of the workers. All others have no humanity in them and just act rude. I also commonly have missing pieces of my order or an incorrect order.

It sounds made up but I swear it’s not. Worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Read more below:
Went for breakfast.
I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on a croissant.
I received 2 croissants with bacon.
I went back. Told them I didn’t get what I ordered. They took over 20 minutes to fix my order.
How do you forget the egg and cheese and how does it take over 20 minutes to make those sandwiches?
I haven’t had issues at other locations but this one seems to be packed with less than able employees.
Edit: a few days later
They forgot my orange juice. I didn’t look in the bag after I got it from them but by the time I noticed it was too far to turn around and go back. Very irritating.
Edit: about a month later.
We ordered a coffee and pull up to the window.
The kid at the register goes to me “Let me guess, Apple Pay?”. Very rudely.
I go “What?!”. It’s the only thing I could think of saying. I was so shocked that he said anything other than “your total is this. cash or card”.
He doubled down. “Let me guess, Apple Pay…”
What the heck. He wasn’t even wearing Tim hortons apparel it was some smart ass kid in a broncos jersey…
Let’s give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was having a bad day. All he had to do was say cash or card. He Didn’t have to smile or look at me or anything. Didn’t even have to say hello. But he was rude and a smart ass and that really pissed me off.
Every experience I’ve had at this location has been negative.
Edit: a couple days later
After some difficulty ordering over the intercom in the drive through…. Pulled up to the drive through and before handing me my hashbrown the person working the window squeezed it with both hands to see what was in the bag… why not just look in the bag? Don’t squeeze my hashbown please and thank you.

May 19th, 24 I went in and a woman in front of me ordered $20+ worth of food. Once she paid, the woman went to a table and Kim at the register came back with a tray of food. Kim suggested to me to take the tray for the woman, and I stepped back and kindly said, 'I'm sorry but I cannot touch someone else's food.' The woman who ordered quickly came up and grabbed her tray. I thought that was it and the situation was over.
I began ordering my iced coffees and Kim cuts me off and goes, 'You know that was really rude...' I kept ordering to ignore the comment, and she goes, 'You didn't have to be nasty' -- I finished my order and she asked, 'Do you want a tray?' I had purchased coffee for a few guys behind me in line who had been waiting awhile, a 'do it forward' kinda act.
Kim sees me turn and before I can answer her 'tray' question, she goes, 'Oh so you can buy them coffee but you can't deliver a tray to a mother with her daughter?' - and thats when I lost it on her. I told her enough was enough, and it was a downright liability for me to touch a strangers food. I had no reason to do so, and she had no reason to speak to me like this.
Kim then proceeded to 'make our coffees' but instead, she stood in the back counter talking horribly about me and the men around me, refusing to hand over our iced coffees.
I ended up filing with corporate and a woman named Tamara, the Unit District Manager, emailed me a generic 'we value our customers' bogus email - yet she fully mentioned Kim apologized for the incident.
This woman Kim is a liability to every customer that comes into this business. I did nothing wrong except refuse to do her job for her, and she began accosting me. I took every step to ignore her comment, de-escalate by not feeding into it, and she continued to amplify the situation with her remarks. There is a severe lack of accountability by staffing, management, and we will forever take our business elsewhere.
I've now filed with the BBB and Corporate to protect other customers from the verbal harassment they could be suseptible to, simply for being innocent customers dealing with Kim. If you know you have an employee who suffers from mental issues to the degree she is fine harassing innocent people, then there is a larger issue at hand that needs to be rectified.

The "E" in B.E.L.T. stands for Egg, so why is it on 3 occasions I've received NO EGG in my bagel b.e.l.t. sandwich? It's a brain dead job a monkey could be trained to do and yet these people are incapable of doing it.

I was upset bc their Expresso machine was down. The lady who worked there said it had been broke a week. UNREAL!!! How are you gonna run a coffee ☕ shop with broken down equipment. The owner/franchise person really needs to get it on it and get with the

As someone who frequents many local Tims. This will be the only location I'll highly recommend. I've been to at least five other Tims in the area and this Spencerport location is the only one with consistently high customer service. It's the only location where I feel the staff is consistently looking to serve and help. I've never felt like "just another transaction" --- If the owner of this location owns others nearby locations, I would look to this store as an example. Thank you for staying open past five, having two dollar happy hour lattes and never treating me like I'm an inconvenience. Kudos.
