While we are multiple repeat diners, we have not been in quite some time. In short, our experience was excellent just as it has always been. Service was excellent, and the food was prepared perfectly. There were 4 of us and each enjoyed something different. Gnocci, Red Fish, Lasagna and Chicken and mushroom Papardelle were all fantastic. We won't wait so long before returning!
Our server was the best, attentive without being intrusive. He brought extra bread and butter once my husband complimented the taste. The mussels were amazing as always, and the lasagna was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Dessert sounded so good, but we were stuffed. Everything was great!
Food was excellent for both of us. She had the gnocchi and I had the carbonara. Both were cooked exactly right and very tasty. The mussel's were a great appetizer. Our server was prompt and helpful though they were very busy last night. Another good meal and experience there. Covina 503 is highly recommended and, given today's post COVID prices, seems to be reasonable.
Very nice bottle of wine - we had the Sangiovese and it was perfect with our dinner. We split the Cucina salad, which is one of the best salads in town, and large enough to share. My husband ordered the salmon and I enjoyed the shrimp risotto. Very reasonably priced- this restaurant is a gem. We will be back soon!
Once someone waited on us, service was good. Sitting with no one speaking to us or offering water for fifteen minutes wasn't a good start to finally trying this restaurant. Food was good! Missed out on Mussels.
The food is always consistent and good. The staff is friendly and efficient, whether at the bar or at a table. I'm always comfortable sitting at the bar alone, waiting for friends to arrive.
This has been our go to place for nights when we are going to the symphony. Good value, timely, great food usually. Last night was the exception to that. Will try again but hopefully they will be back to their normal. Not sure what was off, but it was for us.
Upon entering Cucina 503, we enjoyed the quaint décor before being greeted and shown to our table by a friendly hostess. The service throughout the evening was impeccable due to our attentive and personable waiter. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious with filling portion sizes. I'm glad that I was able to convert my mom and sister into lamb enjoyers! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely return to and recommend Cucina 503.
Food is consistently good servers are friendly, but they must be shorthanded because it seems to take longer to get food and drink refills than it used to. Still overall a great place to eat.
Indulge your taste buds in a culinary journey at Cucina, an Italian gem nestled in the heart of Morganton, GA. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with an ambiance that screams Italian authenticity. But it's the flavors that truly steal the show. Let's talk about their spaghetti carbonara—a dish that takes you straight to the streets of Rome with every savory bite. While some may argue it's not quite on par with Maria Mingrino's, Cucina's rendition comes tantalizingly close, boasting a creamy richness that dances harmoniously with perfectly cooked pasta and crispy pancetta. Each forkful is a symphony of flavors that leaves you longing for more. And let's not forget the impeccable service and cozy atmosphere that complete the dining experience. In summary, Cucina is a culinary delight not to be missed, offering a taste of Italy right here in Morganton.

All was great except tables are snug and restaurant was very loud. Server was flighty but likable. He brought shareables for the table with no plates, forgot the butter until the bread was almost gone, iced tea with no ice, etc. Little things.
The food is good but not worth the price considering you are eating at a table covered in white butcher paper. Drink prices are far too high (glass of house wine is $10). Overall, food is good but ambiance and prices need improvement.
Cucina is one of my favorite places to eat when I'm home in Augusta, it's consistently delicious. Both the food and cocktails are awesome and the owner is extremely kind every time. Great staff as well. Cucina is perfect for a girls night out, date night, family dinner, any and every occasion.
Cucina is always a great place to dine. Tonight it was unusually crowded due to al large party, so service was touch and go, but the servers were doing their best with the numbers. Food was great and came quickly.
Awful experience, the male bartender was extremely loud. What I was anticipating was a quiet evening with my date for Valentine's Day. What we got was a loud environment with very little communication between the servers and table. Things were just placed on the table with no communication. Servers and bartenders were extremely loud and not very aware that people may have came to this restaurant wanting a quiet evening. The food wasn't worth the money, do not recommend this establishment.
