Dazzle kosher ice cream

The food and drinks are just amazing my favorite is the Slushy strawberry Boba burst its just so refreshing especially when its hot out and the sushi is just delicious I will definitely get sushi there again its just amazing and the soft ice cream is just amazing and delicious no extra cost for the toppings its worth the price the customer service is amazing and great when its packed it might take a bit to order or get your order but its not longer then 15 minutes its so worth the wait I will definitely come here again and soon. Thank you so much for the delicious food and drinks

the only reason i gave a 2 star is because of the food, but on the other hand the staff is completely disorganized, if you order a breakfast your omelet could sit on the line for 10 minutes until the guy on the other station makes your sandwich or worse just gets to adding the vegetable your ordered on the side, this is just 1 example, i personally ordered a Belgium waffle and it was just sitting on the side until i made the guy behind the counter aware that my waffle was ready for 10 minutes and just wasn't served.
I think he needs to train his workers better and this would be great place to go.

We were there last night and the place was crowded but it was moving.The food is always good.
When it was our turn to order we were in shocked! The young man taking our order was unkept with his head full of dandruff enough that it could fall into the food plus all over his sweater.
I noticed his hands which were very dirty and his nails were a little long and black dirt under each nail ...it looked so disgusting!
I almost threw up! We ran for the hills!
Restaurants come and go easily these days for many reasons specifically customer service or prices that are too high.
There is nothing that can destroy an eatery more than the servers not looking clean and neat. It is shameful that this young man was placed as a representative of the place looking like that. All that dandruff all over him and filthy nails are a sign of poor management and poor training!
I don't like to give bad reviews but in this instance I had to do so. "I know that most people don't notice what we noticed because everyone is in a rush and don't pay attention to the reality of such carelessness but after all it's a Kosher place and we expect high standards. Sorry but I will never again will set foot in this place. I can only imagine the lack of standard in the kitchen! Another eatery off my list. Such a shame!

Staff are extremely incompetent, you can wait 10 minutes for your order just to get raw, or someone to tell you it's not available now, and FYI They usually don't have soft ice cream.

Dazzle is THE place to go!!! Quick, easy, good..... the atmosphere is amazing..... you sit in and can't leave... we kept on ordering more stuff.... overall GREAT experience

Dazzle in the Spring Valley Marketplace is a gem! Their sushi is top-notch, always fresh and delicious. The sandwiches are equally amazing, full of flavor and generously portioned. The drinks are excellent, with a nice variety to choose from. The place is always clean, and the service runs smoothly, making for an all-around great dining experience. Highly recommend!

Customer service was great, the sales girl was sweet and helpful, even when my kids kept on changing their minds...
The food.... scrumptious! Every single dish! I even told the girl to please give over to the cook the info.
It's now under new management with a new chef, and I see and feel the change positively! Want a good break for, breakfast, lunch or supper for your family, hop on over!
