The Staff was very nice, the restaurant was very clean and had a beautiful decor.But sadly the food was way below average. I guess the problem is that having too many items on the menu makes you neglect the quality? The Paratha Roll was dry, tasteless and seemed like old. Ate it in 3 minutes. They put lettuce and carrots inside it. No chutney, no masala and no raita dip on the side. The roll was $10. I hope the owner sees this as a positive feedback and works on the taste.

BE-AWARE OF OVER CHARGE GUYS!!!i ordered on phone as u can see 1 chicken bihari paratha +1 chicken kabab roll+ 2 aloo tikki +1 simple naan+1 medium kheer they asked me to pay 34 dollers and with credit card they charged me around $36 when i asked about reciept to complete $34 he charged 2 kabab rolls otherwise he cannot complete $34 when i went back to get my money back they gave me cash of $5 and said it was a mistake but it was not mistake he deliberately charged this amount but he was not expecting me to ask for receipt so plz beware of tgeir over charge guys always ask for reciept NEVER TRUST THEM

Got take out for my office for 14 people. Asked them to mark each meal with the name of the person or even what the dish was so no one knew which item was theirs. Everything was wrapped horribly, like they didn't have enough take out containers. They sent a salad wrapped in aluminum foil with no container. How do you eat a salad out of a foil pack? They put a side salad in a takeout container on top of the entree. They sent Dahl ice cold like it was in a refrigerator not like it got cold in transport. One person is sick for two days from his food. Maybe they do dine in okay, but I would NEVER get from there again.

Old food with questionable practices. I ordered aloo palak (spinach with potatoes) to-go from here the other day. It had a massive layer of a dark oil on it similar to what you would see in nihari where it would be normal but not for aloo palak. But as I was eating, I was confused to find a single piece of meat (I think it was goat) and a piece of paneer in the palak along with the potatoes. I can understand if the restaurant has one source of cooked palak to which they'll add whatever add-in that is requested, potatoes, meat, or paneer. But finding these randoms things makes me wonder if they just dump the old orders/leftovers back into that source of palak. If so, that is horrifying and explains the extremely old taste. Not to mention, I was up all night from stomach/chest pain. I eat Pakistani/Indian food regularly and this experience was extremely disappointing . Never ordering from here again.
Catering order!First of all the owner of this place is very unprofessional, in no manner, and rude. The food we picked up from this place was temperature abused, and when I called and try to talk to him he hung up on me twice. He didn’t want to listen that the food he gave us was bad. I guess he didn't want to refund the money. But I didn't want a refund. I was trying to help him so it doesn't happen again.

I along with my other friends used to love Dera. But now the management seems to have changed. There is a new guy there now who isn’t friendly at all. He charged me for food items that I never ordered. I had to go back to bring this to his notice. Also, the food quantity was poor compared to before. And I had ordered for a mixed platter. But I got a chicken platter. Overall if you continue this way, you will loose your established customers.

I read other people reviews and I completely agree with them.About not giving out enough chutniDon’t know how to wrap kabab rollsConstantly touching her forehead and hair while serving food and dipping her nails right into people’s beryani. ?You can clearly tell that she is not happy and not a happy person.Today I got everything that requires Riata and she gives me 2 tiny mini ones lol. While ringing me up she wants me to notice the total on the screen myself because she is again day dreaming and can’t say it.Also they charged you over price. One person will charge you one price yet another will charge you different for the same darn thing.2 customers walk in while she was ringing me and they were waiting to hear from her the word “Yes” or what can I get you…..but nothing Anyhow I can go on and on and on. I’m never ever going back there. Enough!!!Dear reviewers the best thing is to call the owner and state your experience like I’m about to do…will they do anything hmm NO…so kya faida…Peace ✌️

This used to be my favorite place to eat authentic Pakistani food with a friendly staff which make feel like a family.I came back after few years and there not same service anymore.It’s not all about the food, it’s the whole experience. When I picked up my food, two times I had to ask for very basic stuff such as chatni and salad which is standard add-on.Honestly speaking, customer experience has gone downhill a lot.I have seen a great improvement in customer dealing and food quality. It is safe to say that I will love to eat here. Couple from Lahore working there are very friendly and cooperative.
