Very very slow i had to wait for my iced latte 40 min ....some cashiers not even fluent in english ( Spanish only) one older Spanish lady was on the phone while taking my order morning shift is horrible....afternoon shift is cool getting my orders right and fast ....place in the morning Is not the best looking napkins all over the floor tables are dirty ....i rather drive to Nanuet DD ...

The individuals writing these reviews are clearly NOT telling the truth. Without a doubt, this particular Dunkin Donuts location is the absolute WORST! It's truly baffling to me, considering I've been a loyal customer since the store's opening in 2016. The staff at that time was SIGNIFICANTLY superior compared to the current employees. Unfortunately, the current workers are OFTEN incompetent and CONSTANTLY make mistakes, whether it's when I place a mobile order or verbally communicate my order. I have even resorted to specifically requesting certain employees to handle my orders, as others seem incapable of understanding. Furthermore, the majority of the Spanish speaking employees prioritize and provide better service to their fellow Spanish speakers, while treating everyone else POORLY! These individuals frustrate me to no end, as their incompetence is evident, and they lack the necessary skills for their job.
They get orders wrong far too often. What's the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait in line to correct a simple 1 item order. Also, the consistency of add ins (syrup,cream) is nonexistent, even when specified in the app. That's why when I have the time, I go Starbucks, because my order tastes the same everytime.
