This place was excellent!! We have lived in the area for so long and never thought to stop by until today. If your looking for quality delicious food this is the place. First we ordered the Chicken Noodle Soup which my father said was amazing, it was so filling and delicious. We then ordered the Steak wrap, the Collesium and the Fresh Turkey sandwich and they were so delicious. My father who never likes anything no matter where we go said it was excellent and it was the best food he had in a while. The Turkey and chicken was fresh and flavorful. The bread was also fresh and bouncy. The menu is full of interesting combinations that work so well together. The Turkey sandwich had mango sauce that added such a nice sweetness that I would have never had thought would work so well. They also warm the pastries for you as well and they are so good. we got the Cheese Danish. The coffee was smooth and strong. Next time I will get the Apple Turnover and Curry Chicken wrap. If you are in the area and are unsure where to go COME HERE YOU WONT REGRET IT. The prices are reasonable for amazing food!!

Ok so this one hurts.
I've been here a dozen times and the food is pretty decent and service is great but now the not so good
I walked in this week and didn't see anyone behind the counter so I just started to look at the menu for something new but still didn't see anyone as I started to kinda look in to the kitchen (you can see in to the kitchen from where the counter is) I see a mouse crawling on the floor unfortunately I didn't wait and just walked out.
Ate here yesterday, what a wonderful little place. Food was fantastic and the service was great. Pastries were my husband’s favorite; croissant and chocolate chip muffin.
Omelette was large and the home fries were awesome. Yogurt parfait with fruit and homemade granola… also delicious. Our little one loved everything too.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be back this summer.
Kid-friendliness: Waitress was great with our 19 month old.

Incredible food. Every single thing is homemade. Bread pudding is to die for.. so is the wood fired pizza... actually everything is super tasty, the chef must be an absolute wizard.
The place has such a cute, cozy vibe—it felt like I was in the countryside of Paris. The chef was super accommodating with my dietary needs and even whipped up some extra dishes for me. The staff are really down-to-earth and friendly. It’s just a perfect spot to come, relax, read a book, and enjoy some good coffee and breakfast. The only thing is, there’s no Wi-Fi, so it’s not the best place if you need to study or get work done.

We ordered French toast and it took them 30 minutes to serve it. We were the only customers at the time. They also forgot to bring the water we ordered to the table. After waiting for so long they told us that they don’t have maple syrup instead they gave us some artificial syrup. ?The food was mediocre and the service was subpar. It was definitely not worth the 25 min ride it took to get there.

Restaurantji Recommends
I wanted to respond to a recent review from my point of view as an African American who has frequented this restaurant for over nine years. While I cannot speak to your experience directly, my interaction and experiences have only been positive. Never have I or my family been made to feel unwelcome. To the contrary we have enjoyed great food, people and atmosphere. It’s one of the reasons we keep coming back multiple times per week for as long as we have. The owner is part of the reason we enjoy coming here. “Awkward” is not an adjective that comes to mind. I will continue to recommend this restaurant that serves up fresh food, baked goods, coffee, and has good people. It’s time and money well spent.

I wanted to like this place, and I really did at first. However, my recent experience has changed my opinion. The two stars I'm giving are solely for Riff, who works at the front. Super friendly, makes great coffee, and a pleasure to be around. My friend and I come once a week to have coffee, eat, and work. We typically stay a few hours due to it being near my daughter's school and just very easy for me to get work done and quickly get my daughter. Again, we come once a week and typically in the beginning/mid week. When we come, we spend a good amount on coffee, pastries, breakfast, and lunch. Before today, we've never gotten even a hello out of the owner. Today, he decided to grace us by bringing our food out, and say "if you're going to be here all day, I need you to sit in the corner. Because people won't be inclined to sit at the table surrounding you." This was very strange, because people always sit at the table near us. He also proceeded to tell us that it gets busy on the weekends so he can't have us sitting at the table near the window. We have never been to this establishment on the weekend so it was an odd way of pretty much telling us that he wants us to eat and go. It left me with a discomfort I cannot describe. I'm not sure if it was because we are two black professionals or he simply does not want it to be a place where people have their laptops (we've seen plenty people do it), but it was just very awkward. He's never said hello to us, he's never been pleasant, and now the first and LAST impression is that we were not wanted. I could understand if we bought one thing and stayed for hours, to take up space. However, we are literally spending money the entire time we are there.I'm very disappointed, because I've been recommending this place so much since I first stepped in. There are not a lot of coffee shops in the area, I thought we found one but I no longer will be spending my money here.
Finalmente!A real Neopolitan Pizza , old school.a rare gem in northern Jersey and all Rockland county.Must go if you’re a Pizza lover.Thank you David ( the Chef)!
