I was surprised with the service. They 15 minutes wait turn to 35. We finally get to sit another 15 minutes waiting for 2 cups off coffee ☕. When we get our coffee it was water down , ask for another came the same. We have been sitting for 45 minutes wait for our food . So we left. They send out more picK up orders then serve the customers setting. I got tired of waiting for my food . Got up and left.

I’m an IHOP fan overall but not this location. It was not well maintained and the service and food were subpar. It had a handful of customers and still took forever to get our food. The orders were not cooked as ordered and arrived cold. I did not eat the meal, explained the issues to the server but nothing was removed from the bill. A replacement meal was offered but we did not have another 20-30 minutes to wait.

We had a disappointing experience. We visited on a Saturday with our baby, and it was extremely busy. It took a long time for them to take our order, and even longer for the food to be delivered. It just wasn’t worth it. Next time, we plan to go to the diner instead.
The only thing good was the pancakes. Other than that , everything else is overpriced for the quantity and quality of food. You can get the same breakfast from any local corner deli in NYC for 1/3 of the price. And please note, they tried charging me for a coffee, which I did not order. I am familiar with IHOP drainage water coffee, and no it is not worth $4.50 for a cup of coffee. Straight trash 🚮

We arrived at 9:30 AM, and by that time, there were plenty of tables available. A young and cheerful hostess greeted us warmly and showed us to our table. Her smile immediately set a positive and welcoming tone for our visit. Our server was incredibly polite and attentive—big thanks to him for making our experience so pleasant! The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly as we had hoped. The pancakes were especially good, and the coffee was just right. Our family left extremely satisfied. If you’re looking for a place that truly understands breakfast, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend it for a reliable and enjoyable dining experience.

Place is actually much cleaner and has better atmosphere than a lot of the other places we went to. Staff are extra friendly. Also food taste different in good way, and coffee is better then other places I think something has to do with water. Only little dissatisfaction/disappointment was that my chocolate chip pan cake barely had any chocolate chips on it and it was little bit in middle only☹️
