1- Tips on top of your total, shouldn't be like that, Depends on the customer.2- adding price on the bill on things that you didn't get, and specifically you didn't order.Example( 2 order of 3 regular pancakes charged as 3 leches). Happens more than 3 times to me. Please more control on your employees. Thanks. Not coming back.

The atmosphere and food were great, especially with the music!! Eri served me, and he was very polite, and very attentive. We also had a great friendly side conversation!! The food came out pretty quick, and was delicious!! I also had trouble finding the menu item I wanted to order, and he directed me to it on the menu, and also told me about side substitutes as well, without me asking!! I felt that was very courteous of him!! I very much enjoyed my meal, and I highly recommend this place!! Thank you Eri!! Thank you IHOP!! They're also pretty quick with pickups too!! ❤️?

Painfully slow service. Food took a while and then close to 10 minutes to get utensils.
We visited during Veterans Day. I want to get the free breakfast offered for Vets. This restaurant seats about 150. It's not as cramped as other IHOPs in the NYC area. They were very busy. The hostess greeted us as soon as we entered the restaurant. We were seated immediately. Our server is Omari. He was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal. I had the pancakes platter, my wife had the strawberry cheesecake waffle. Everything was hot and delicious.

This has been one of my family and I go to place for breakfast when we're out and the service is always amazing! There food is also good specially with the new items that come out for the seasons it's fun to try out, any time I go in especially in the morning it's does get quite busy and a bit loud but understandable but groups of people everyone talking good environment!

I recommend you go for the 3-7 IHOPPY hour and/or Tuesday $6.00 Bacon cheeseburger with fries, O. rings or Pancakes ; both offers eat in or take out. Food is consistent ; managers and servers are all polite courteous and helpful professionals

Went there for lunch yesterday with my daughter was greeted by the young man. I don’t remember his name, but he was very helpful, kind and polite, working hard, catering to all the tables by himself the kid, deserves a raise, handling the atmosphere very professionally due to short staff also, the macaroni and cheese is not the same didn’t like it. That’s the only reason why bring my daughter to IHOP is for the Mac & cheese & birthday pancake. It seems they changed the brand to cut cost I’m sure but overall great service.
