La Baguette BAKERY and BISTRO

3 weeks in a row Sat & Sun I went to this location and they don’t have Pattie’s. Workers are very rude. You literally have to wait for them to finish their conversation before they acknowledge you. How can you call yourself a bakery if you never have baked goods. We know they come frozen from Brooklyn. This has to change or change the name.

Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it’s not. Sometimes they have food and sometimes they don’t. Not consistent and the customer service is not great.

Theres nothing in the patty, mad oil & I waited mad long just for them to tell me to return & show them. Picture speaks for itself. but this was my lunch for work. overpaid as well not returning again! Lost a loyal customer!

These people need to get customer service training. The people in the front act like children.

service is horrible- slow, often do t have patties??? They barely speak english which makes it hard to place an order. i don’t eat chicken and the fish often taste like chicken so you figure it out!!

Sak pase pate yo? What happened to the light flaky Haitian Patties. The last time my family order from there they got dense thick

Well, this is my first time there. I'm not surprised about the service, you're still got to stay in line to get served. But I like to wait no more than One or two minutes. That a good experience I never had and the food is good... thanks Guys and gals.

The food is good but every time I come here I regret going. The customer service is complete trash. Every time I come here I have the same experience. I walked in and two workers completely ignored me while I was waiting to make my purchase. One on her phone and the other writing down her calculations. I always think I’m getting pranked or something because I have never seen customer service this terrible before. The owner and staff needs to learn hospitality before running a business. Do better you’re making my people look bad. Never going again !

Food is ok but they’ll have you waiting in line for 20-30mins after after telling the food is ready…and can rude most of the time…horrible customer

Used to be a 4star restaurant but now I give it 1 star because everytime I come I have to wait 15-20min even though I called and they told me my food is ready. They are not friendly at all and everyone is always trying to skip you in line so inconsiderate. The pate kode used to be bigger and served with avocado, not anymore now they are falling off. I’m not coming here again.

The food mediocre.Patties made out of puff pastry are bland, dry w/very little filling & the ones w/boiled eggs are even worse (dense dough & flavorless filling).
