Very disappointed! The service was always horrible, but the food gets worst by the day. I purchased 2 dozens of patties for my coworkers and I was very disappointed and ashamed that this was some of their first time having Haitian parties. The parties were hard, dry with no fillings and worth the wait time or the money spent. Please do better if you are representing Haitian cuisine

Most disgusting ever how come someone make you pay for that quality of food. Very disrespectful. The owner better do something about that. I’m so disappointed when I got home open the box and see that kind of patty just throw it in garbage. Can’t even give it to a dog.

3 weeks in a row Sat & Sun I went to this location and they don’t have Pattie’s. Workers are very rude. You literally have to wait for them to finish their conversation before they acknowledge you. How can you call yourself a bakery if you never have baked goods. We know they come frozen from Brooklyn. This has to change or change the name.

Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it’s not. Sometimes they have food and sometimes they don’t. Not consistent and the customer service is not great.

Theres nothing in the patty, mad oil & I waited mad long just for them to tell me to return & show them. Picture speaks for itself. but this was my lunch for work. overpaid as well not returning again! Lost a loyal customer!

These people need to get customer service training. The people in the front act like children.

service is horrible- slow, often do t have patties??? They barely speak english which makes it hard to place an order. i don’t eat chicken and the fish often taste like chicken so you figure it out!!

Well, this is my first time there. I'm not surprised about the service, you're still got to stay in line to get served. But I like to wait no more than One or two minutes. That a good experience I never had and the food is good... thanks Guys and gals.
