Well, this is my first time there. I'm not surprised about the service, you're still got to stay in line to get served. But I like to wait no more than One or two minutes. That a good experience I never had and the food is good... thanks Guys and gals.
I enjoy getting their patties, and homemade drinks. I would suggest calling in advance to avoid waiting for food. I’m used to Haitian food. They like to make things fresh, so it takes a long time.They are getting pricey which is why I didn’t give 5 stars.
The Food is decent. The Patties are good. However… The customer service needs work.Almost always I have to call 2,3 time just to place an order which I always have to wait 5-15 minutes for pickup even if you ordered ahead of time.Oh I forgot ??my reason for writing this review is to VENT about the LACKk of CUSTOMER SERVICE.. dozenToday, the person who took my phone order of 3 dozen Pattie’s told me that I had to call back for the $$ total my orders because she could NOT near...
