This place is completely unorganized and unprofessional.I made a reservation for a Thanksgiving catering a paid a deposit.I called to confirm the pickup time days before just to show up to a closed restaurant on Thanksgiving day.When I called to rectify the situation,The woman blamed me for not knowing they were closed on thanksgiving and mentioned she wasn't able to call me the day before when the order was available because she lost my number.To make it worst, their solution was to pick up the 5 day old order they froze after i pay the remaining balance or nothing at all.

The food from this place is INCREDIBLE. I usually order the large oxtail platter and large j*** chicken platter. Both come in very full containers. The meat is flavorful and comes off bone easily! Rice and peas is delicious and also very flavorful. There is typically a line when I go during lunch time, but the food comes out in 10-15 minutes. Jr is very friendly and I definitely feel like I'm contributing to a family business. Reasonably priced for the quality of their meat and food.
