The food is good, the service can take forever sometimes. They shortened their menu which sucks but I understand why when it comes to money.
I don't recommend the fish fry (extremely oily), the burgers are amazing and so is the prime rib.

The food is great the service not so much halfway through the meal they asked if we want a dessert and a to go box and then brought out the check when we siad we were not done eating and not to rush this wouldn't be so bad, but it seems like this is a service we every time we go there recently. Someone also added a twenty dollar gratuity 3 people to the bill

Friday night dinner the Place was busy, We Never got a table. Staff looked overwhelmed and angry. After waiting for 15 minutes standing by the door we finally were told it would be another 15-20 minutes. We decided to leave. As busy as they were It Must be good but we wouldn't know.

We were visiting from out of state and asked a local to name the best restaurant(s) in Springville. JD's was one of two he recommended. JD's was excellent. The log-cabin-theme exterior is carried through the interior with the chairs and tables made from branches and tree trunks. The menu has a perfect variety. The service was professional, appropriately attentive and accommodating. And the food was delicious. I ordered a side of chips not knowing they were made on site and found them amazing. So glad we ate here. You will be, too.

Stopped in on a weekend for lunch. Atmosphere is great, staff are friendly, everything is very clean. We got a good variety of food, but The food is just okay. A little on the pricier side than you’d expect for a pub. They have a very nice outdoor area which is also pet friendly. Would come again.
Wing night was great! Wings were on point, served quickly by friendly staff. Great time!

Food was good. I ordered the Mac Daddy burger. I would give 5 stars but I ordered the burger with no pink, when it came there was quite a bit of pink to where it leaked to the bun. Portions are very good for the price. The wife ordered the fish fry and it was huge.

Stopped in this evening around 430. For a bite and a few beers. The Hostess told us we could go to the bar. The bartender was extremely rude. We were looking at the draft beers. And the bartender said you apparently can’t read the sign. It say wait to be seated. They had maybe 5-7 customers. We have been going there for a few years. Will not go back. We will not stop in Springville we will just go to Ellicottville.
