We were visiting from out of state and asked a local to name the best restaurant(s) in Springville. JD's was one of two he recommended. JD's was excellent. The log-cabin-theme exterior is carried through the interior with the chairs and tables made from branches and tree trunks. The menu has a perfect variety. The service was professional, appropriately attentive and accommodating. And the food was delicious. I ordered a side of chips not knowing they were made...
Stopped in on a weekend for lunch. Atmosphere is great, staff are friendly, everything is very clean. We got a good variety of food, but The food is just okay. A little on the pricier side than you’d expect for a pub. They have a very nice outdoor area which is also pet friendly. Would come again.

I don't recommend the fish fry (extremely oily), the burgers are amazing and so is the prime rib.
