How do I even begin. I'm a mom, so I dont get to treat myself very often between work and keeping house every once in a while I like to go out and get myself a treat. However every time I choose to go to this McDonald's I am met with disappointment and seething rage. They dont know what consistency is. Every time I order a sandwich its different (and I know they have build cards) it can't be that hard. Not only that but I'm missing something every time as well. Plus their inability to follow a simple instruction. Honestly this place might be my 13th reason.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s (Springville) for breakfast for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my go‑tos. The owners—who also run the Arcade, NY location—have clearly put effort into making this a consistently good place.
What I like:
Breakfast is solid. Everything from the Egg McMuffin to the hash browns comes out hot.
Consistency. Whether I stop in early or a little later, the food quality seems stable—in short, what you expect you get, which isn’t always true at all McDonald's locations.

Order was wrong and first to say there were three breakfast sandwiches on tray when clearly there were only two, there was a bug in my wife's coffee. Manager didn't seem to care

The female working the window was very rude. Just stuck the food out of the window. I told her thank you and have a good night to which she slammed the window closed. Specially ordered through the mobile app so there is no way the order can get lost in translation ordering in person. Clearly they can’t read either because they got every burger wrong and completely skipped out on the sauses that j paid extra for.
