I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s (Springville) for breakfast for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my go‑tos. The owners—who also run the Arcade, NY location—have clearly put effort into making this a consistently good place.
What I like:
Breakfast is solid. Everything from the Egg McMuffin to the hash browns comes out hot.
Consistency. Whether I stop in early or a little later, the food quality seems stable—in short, what you expect you get, which isn’t always true at all McDonald's locations.

Kaylyn and Jennamore (I hope i spelled their names right) were absolutely wonderful. My food was taken quick and correctly and handed to me fast. Both of them were very sweet and had smiles on their faces.

Excellent customer service by all staff for me and my two kiddos. We enjoyed our meal at a booth together inside and it was very peaceful for the area. Lovely experience for me and my kids.

Order was wrong and first to say there were three breakfast sandwiches on tray when clearly there were only two, there was a bug in my wife's coffee. Manager didn't seem to care

Order curbside order. Said confirmed will be brought it in 2-6 minutes. Has been 11 minutes and still no food.
The female working the window was very rude. Just stuck the food out of the window. I told her thank you and have a good night to which she slammed the window closed. Specially ordered through the mobile app so there is no way the order can get lost in translation ordering in person. Clearly they can’t read either because they got every burger wrong and completely skipped out on the sauses that j paid extra for.

Went for a happy meal for my grandson and they were out of the boxes. If your craving McD's they are consistent from store to store. Service was fine.

The only thing that I was glad about was them making up for it. my fries are freezing cold my nuggets were exchanged for Big Mac sauce and the burger was not plain.
