We had a party of 12. Allie was our waitress. She was absolutely amazing and on point with all of our requests. My friend ordered salmon. We waited 45 minutes for the food to come out. When the food came she said that they didn’t have salmon and then comped my friend’s reorder to make up for it. Sucks that the cook didn’t communicate they didn’t have the food until 45 minutes later but she was the goat for giving my friend the food for free. She needs a raise!

This was our first time and we went to celebrate my step-dad birthday. We had a Party of 8, 6 drinkers and a 20 and 9 year old. Our server Robyn was amazing and really fast on her feet she at alot of times got us refills without us having to hunt her down. Best service ever and totally worth the amount we paid. I'll be coming back 100%

Tried to order a to go order. Only allowed to order if you pay by phone with credit/debit card. Cannot pay with cash unless I could go inside and order it to go. Well what’s the point of ordering it to go?

Food was just okay. Took forever to get our food to the table and were met with snarkiness when asking if it would be soon as we had to leave within a reasonable time. Seemed to be only one waitress who was more focused an bartending. We only got salads, cold sandwiches and soup- all things that shouldn’t take over 30 mins to prepare.

After years of positive experiences at the original location, we tried this spot a few times since it’s closer to home. Food has been okay at best. The Ellicottville location is much better all around.

We loved this place! The staff was super friendly, the music added a great vibe, and the food was fantastic with plenty of variety. We visit the area for all Buffalo Bills games, and this spot is definitely going on our list of favorites!

It's like we found a hidden gem! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The French onion soup was phenomenal. The rice bowl was loaded with veggies and tender well-seasoned chicken. Prices was fair for the amount you get and the quality of food.

Sorry but this has to be said…. We went last night for a dinner out. As we stood at the do this women comes up and tells us sorry we have only 3 waitresses tonight .( Ok??? Does this mean service is going to be bad?)we decide to take a chance. We sit done ,and wait a good 8 minutes b4 a waitress comes to take our drink order. (Place is not busy. Maybe 10 tables total) we finally get our drinks , takes our order . We order 2 appetizers. Fried cheese curds and the pretzels. We get those. The curds came out in a puddle of grease , literally.! No waitress comes back , till our food arrive. Dropped the food and left. Two in our party ordered the chicken tenders, way over cooked (almost burned) the othe 3 ordered fish fry. The fish was again over cooked and dripping of grease, so much the the French fries under were un edible! Finally the waitress came back, and I say something about the grease. And was told ok I will tell the cook. Here’s your bill. $158.00 . Plus tip . I don’t think I will be back ,sorry. I work hard for my money and get to go out occasionally. Would like to enjoy the meal .this was not acceptable, like I stated 3 waitresses maybe 10 tables?? (And yes I have worked as a waitress)usually took care of 10 plus tables at a time.
