I was the truck driver that delivered all of the Equipment needed for to make Subway happen here... I just had a memory pop up on Facebook & automatically remembered where this was in Springville, NY. I've been through the area many times. Im writing this review from my home in Indianapolis.. #fun_fact

3/7/25 Stopped in at 8:45 pm after driving for multiple hours, 90% of the items where put away and it was very obvious that the young lady wanted to leave.. needless to say, we didn't get any food..

The blonde with glasses is the most rudest person I have encountered! Someone stole my mobile order sub and she started treating me poorly right from the start as if it was my issue. Told me she remembers making it but unsure if she could even make it again! Excuse me it was paid for and someone else took it!? The older lady Infront of me offered for her to make my sub quick before starting hers and she gave her attitude as well telling her no she will do them at the same time. Then proceeded to be rude to the grandchild asking about what came with his meal. Get a new job not in customer service if you are so miserable in life!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGER....Called for a online order, said it was going to be ready in 25 mins, I didn't need it for another hr and 20mins, so I called said I didn't need it til then, manager was so rude, she said she will see if she can get it done but doesn't know
and I explained I was extending it out hr and half, she said she can't give a time etc... then she said she will try, just a horrible horrible attitude.so I went online to customer service and complained which I never do. Then I received an email my order was cancelled, so I called back and again she was very rude she remembered the conversation and said I must of cancelled, I said I didn't, Then she proceeds and says she cacelled my 70.00 order for contacting customer service! so I definitely took it a step higher! SO RUDE THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!

Staff here are unbelievably miserable. Especially the blond lady with the glasses. Here's a tip for ya, find a new job! This lady should not be working in a restaurant or customer service!

i recently thought a meatball sub would be great, its been awhile. What a bad mistake i made going to subway. The sause stinks and they put to much on then they say we dont have cheese anymore.....done and done never again. as im writing this i have eaten only 25 percent of the sub and dont want it.

These people are so miserable it brought my day down like wow I smiled at the one guy and he was so rude and said what like with attitude honestly preorder you don’t wanna be near the employees at all

Best sub ever and the service is some of the best I’ve seen but there’s some stainless steel cover over the meats that makes it so I can’t see what they have in there. Why is that there?! Are they hiding something?! Is something wrong with the meat?! I want to see the meat and the cheese! If I can’t see them making my sandwich I don’t feel comfortable going.

will never visit this place again. I gave this place a second chance after a worker was making subs that had hepatitis prior to working there and got me extremely sick. Beware, food is not fresh.

I’m not sure where else to voice my concerns so I’m posting here. I just went here for my lunch break, and watched two workers rush to make dozens of subs at a time. At least eight people were in line, and they had a seven sub order. I heard a woman complaining saying “oh she’s really friendly huh” talking about one of the workers. And a man being extremely difficult with the subs and asking the worker is he is “frustrating her” and then continued to make comments about her being overwhelmed. The workers were so stressed and overworked. I think it’s absolutely awful that only two people were working during lunch hour. extremely disappointing.
