Hire somebody else who isn't afraid to stick his arm out the window for order and change has little bit more customer service still a little more attention to detail when the wrapping tacos and one napkin for 2 tacos and 5 drum sticks

The soft shell taco had close to no ingredients in it. My coworkers ordered from the KFC side and were told a 25 min wait for chicken. Ridiculous prices and they skimp ya hard. Don't bother eating here. Sucks.

after making a 4 person order that wasn’t too outrageous, yes we took a bit looking at the menu because we haven’t been to tacobell/kfc in a long time time so we were checking out the menu to see what we wanted to eat( maybe 10 minutes ) which i understand might be a bit much but again we don’t eat here much and just wanted to see what there was the lady was very rude throughout that. we get up to the window and pay for our $50 meal all for them to not give us our whole order and of course i checked because by the attitude at the window i knew the lady wasn’t very clear on her job obviously one of the meals wasn’t there (not surprised) so we waited for someone to come to the window to let her know, which she gets to the window and the first words out of her pathetic mouth was “can you get off our pad? we’re timed here” like girl give us what we paid for and then we will. if you wanna act like it’s my fault you didn’t do the job correctly that’s okay in my book but the food was shit service was shit and i’ll never be back 🫶😄

Wish I could put zero stars, watched your employee Hailey drop my taco on the floor and proceeded to put it in the box like it was nothing. $40.00 and they pick my food up off the floor. Definitely called corporate!! Absolutely terrible service!

Wife ordered wedges got chicken breasts. Went back in and they said there were out of wedges they need to cook more, then asked if that's what she wanted them to do! Quick trip to eat ended up being 35 minutes

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Taco Bell Experience Nationwide

As someone who travels extensively across the United States, I’ve visited countless Taco Bell locations, and unfortunately, this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. Without exaggeration, it’s the worst I’ve encountered.

I’ve given this location two chances, and both visits resulted in consistently poor food quality. The ingredients were clearly not fresh—stale, dry, and lacking any of the flavor or texture I expect from the brand. Most notably, the seasoned potatoes were rock-hard to the point of being inedible; some pieces were so tough they couldn’t even be bitten into.

Fast food isn’t expected to be gourmet, but basic quality and freshness should be a given. This location failed on both counts. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend others steer clear until serious improvements are made.

The girl at the drive thru was rude, didn’t listen to a word I said, handed me my drink sideways. And it smells rotten at the drive thru window. Then had to wait for a really long time at the front of the building, along with 5 other cars. I would avoid this location.
