Hidden gem. Service was personable and outstanding. We were intrigued by the palindrome name. Hearty portions. Generous on the meat. I happen to like more of a balance with the veggies/guac. Two tables available, even though it is billed as a takeout place. Loved the marble solitaire game.

Ordered a large carnitas burrito with guac for 20 bucks, the thing was smaller than a chipotle burrito. There's a whole piece of pineapple in the burrito on the picture the stuff on mine definitely came out of a can. I now realize they put the camera way too close to the products in the pictures to make it seem bigger. Never again.

Awesome food at a reasonable price. Every item I’ve had at Taco Cat has been incredibly delicious. If I’m in the area it’s a must visit, wish I lived closer.
What stood out to me about TACOCAT was the kindness and passion that the owner has about his business. He was so nice and willing to explain the menu and specials to me as a first time customer. He was so friendly and genuine which showed in his service and hospitality which felt so meaningful nowadays. Happy to support local small businesses like this one!

Stopped in for lunch today with a co-worker. I got the Chicky Crema. It was excellent! The portions were great and you cant beat that price nowadays, especially considering they're using fresh ingredients. Co-worker got a beef and cheese burrito. It looked excellent and they loved it. Brought a Cheese Steak back for another co-worker and they loved it. We talked with the owner who explained everything and how he makes things. You can tell he put a lot of thought into the menu and takes pride in his craft. He gave suggestions on what was good and popular. He suggested the bean burrito, as his favorite. He gave me a sample of the beans, but he doctored the whole thing up with a little salsa, cheese, sour cream and topped it off with a tortilla. It was out of this world and I immediately regretted not going with his favorite. But, that just means that I have to go back! This is now my new favorite lunch spot and I will definitely become a regular. Thank you, Mark/Tacocat! Keep up the good work!

Best shrimp taco I've ever had! The shrimp were cooked perfectly and are huge. Regular tacos also very good. Definitely going to be back when in the area again.

I had to spend some time in Springville for work and it was some of the best food in the area. They have a bunch of delicious and creative varieties of burritos. The people who run it are also great, taking care to get your burrito just as you ask for it and really nice to talk to. Couldn't recommend Tacocat enough!

Well, you definitely get a lot of food... unfortunately it's not good food.
My husband ordered the rueben burrito and while there was a lot of 'meat-like substance' in it, it resembled grey rubber more than roast beef. He ended up pulling all the meat out, and trying to eat the rest of the burrito. He did say the sauerkraut was really good, so at least there's that...
I got the chicken fat cat potato bowl. Again, lots of food. But the potatoes were like seasoned mashed potatoes, not chunks or pieces at all, and there was also an equal helping of rice in the bowl too, as if he forgot whether I ordered rice or potatoes. The chicken was good, and well flavored, and there were a lot of toppings on it, which was nice. The bowl probably would've been alright with just rice, but the seasoning on the potatoes did not work well with the rest of the food.
I wanted to like this place, and had high hopes, considering all of the amazing reviews. But it just really fell flat.
