I called Tim and Bonnie's I need Wednesday night at about 25 after 8:00 and I asked them if it was too late for delivery and they said no so I placed an order they said it'd be here in a half hour and they never showed up

It is a awful place to eat or work at. My son tried working there for one day and they didn't even give him a chance, very unfriendly and cutthroat atmosphere.

Ordered food tonight for 8 pm, placed the call at 7 pm, show up and they haven't even started the order, then lady in the back was incredibly rude when they obviously messed up the order, this was in springville ny, wecare members if the community and if you can't do something to compensate for your mistake, you shouldn't be in business, terrible negligence and customer service.

I normally leave excellent reviews for Tim and Bonnie’s - except this time. We come weekly for their sub of the month specials - we order a whole sub and split it. This time we ordered and received a mini sub cut in half. We told the waitress upon receiving the food of them mistake- she talked to the manager and had to take the 1/2 mini’s back and agreed to make us the correct whole sub that we could split - she then proceeded to tell us that we had to pay $1.42 for the difference… are you kidding- they made the mistake and we have to sit another 20 minutes waiting for our correct order and they have the nerve to charge us $1.42. Also very small amount of meat for the Steak Deluxe. Extremely poor customer service- I would have never expected that…

Avoid this place..... Called to order pizza, wings and a sub for dinner. The call was placed at 2:00pm. We asked if we could have the food ready at 5:30 p.m. They said "no problem". We received a phone call around 4pm asking if we were going to pick up our food. We explained to them that the food should have been ready at 5:30. We asked if they would be remaking ourborder and she said yes. I arrived at Tim and Bonnie's around 5:15 to pick up my food. The first thing I asked is if they remade our order (I shouldn't have to pay $70 for five old 4-hour old food). The girl behind the counter said "oh yes we remade the order for you". I took her word for it, paid and left with my order. The first thing I noticed was the pizza box was not warm on the bottom like it normally would be if it just were pulled out of the oven. I arrived 15 minutes early expecting to wait. The order was ready to go and cold because they never remade it. I was lied to and they let me pay full price for pizza and wings prepared 4 hours ago.Great Mother's day dinner, Thanks!
