Agnes is an amazing cook and crafted the most delicious wedding menu for our 115ish guests. I don't understand how you make individual plates of duck, salmon (plus a vegan and gf option) for that many guests, but they all came out perfectly. The initial tasting was one of our favorite parts of wedding planning! She offered so many options for main course, sides, and service-style. Agnes was great to work with--highly communicative and well-versed in the travels and travails of catering. She provided her own (great) staff and we/the venue provided the kitchen and some waiter items, though Agnes helped us find rentals. The cake was phenomenal too!

Not only is Agnes a joy to work with, her food is incredible. Honestly, when we first tried the food at her house, it was delicious, but I assumed it couldn't possibly be that good at the wedding. But then somehow, at the wedding, it was better. I can't count the number of guests who came up to me after telling me it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. It was not just good for wedding food, it was delicious period. Agnes was also SO accommodating of guests with food sensitivities. I was amazed at how generous and flexible she was. Agnes catered my daughter's wedding, attended by 160 guests, on July 1. I can't say enough good about her and her wonderful crew. We'd already known about Agnes' magical way with food, having eaten several times at the lovely little restaurant she had several years back in New Paltz. Catering the wedding was no easy feat, but she and the staff pulled it off flawlessly. After the ceremony, we were showered with five different passed hors d'oeuvres on the lawn outside the converted barn where my daughter was married. Then there was a massive spread of cheeses, meats, fruits and all kinds of savory goodies, all top quality. Guests were given three choices for dinner in advance: chicken pot pie, short ribs of beef, or a vegan stew for vegans and vegetarians, All were preceded by a delicious salad and accompanied by delicious fresh veggies and savory starches. Not to mention a delicious wedding cake. I have no idea how Agnes, who was at the wedding the entire time overseeing her staff, including 10 servers, three kitchen cooks and a banquet manager, was able to do this, but every entree was hot (and delicious) when it was brought to the tables. I can't tell you how many people have raved about the food, including some ridiculously picky friends, even nearly two weeks later! Having Agnes cater the wedding was the best choice we could have made.

I always knew that there wasn’t anyone else I’d want to cater my own wedding. The guests raved all night and continue to reach out to gush about how delicious the food was as well as the presentation. The servers were on top of things all night. The tasting we did with her, in her beautiful home kitchen, was a truly special experience. All of her food is delicious, and she's incredibly talented at executing at scale.
