Black Snake was having an event with craft vendors so that is what drew our little group. The grounds are beautiful. The music was fun and the vendors had great stuff. We ordered food from one of the food trucks. I wish I took some pictures of the jerk chicken, rice and coleslaw. I world say the chicken had good flavor but the pieces were cut up in an unexpected way. The rice was super bland (inedible IMO) and the coleslaw tasted store bought but still good. We had some beers and ciders which were good. The cider was dry and not sweet which I thought was great. If you like sweet ciders, this is not for you. I thought the drinks were pricey. The cider was $9 and the beers $8. All in all we had a nice day but eat before you come.

Came for an event. Workers were disorganized, rude and nasty. Manager or owner of brewery walked through event constantly making attendees feeling uncomfortable. I would never hold a event or wedding here they are very unprofessional and unorganized..

I wanted to love this place so badly. I'm going to give it another shot. Maybe I just got there too early in the day. They were expecting a food truck that hadn't shown up yet and a musician got there to set up around the same time we arrived. The blonde ale they had on tap was delicious. It hit the spot after walking around Innisfree Gardens. We would have stayed longer if there was food. The owner was welcoming but busy as they are understaffed. I liked the mishmash vibe going on with the seating. Can sit out in the yard or inside. It felt homey.

Beer was good. The barn is huge and offers plenty of seating space! There are board games in the taproom, and even a place for your kids to play. Definitely will visit again!

Stopped by after a strenuous hike at Mills-Norrie State Park. It's less than 10 minutes from the park and is a perfect pitstop to hydrate before the journey back home. Besides good beers and friendly service, they offer comfortable seating both inside and out to relax and cool down. Both my dog and I appreciated the canopy with faux grass right outside the bar to sit and protect ourselves from the scorching sun while enjoying our respective beverages and snacks. To make things even better and our time more enjoyable, they also had a band play live music outside. Can't wait to visit again and explore the barn as well!
