Stopped here on the way from Greene County to Johnson City, we were starving and passed through this cute little town.Ordered burgers and fries. Burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were good but very salty for my tastes (maybe ask to hold the salt?). Best food ever. I know James Lisanti and his wonderful family for about 25 years or so. I would highly recommend dining here. Friendly, family-like atmosphere. I live on Long Island, but I will definitely be going back.
I was visiting the area for a wedding and to visit my son in college with a friend of mine and we went in right before closing one night. It is a family restaurant and that is exactly how they make you feel as soon as you walk in! Everyone was so friendly and funny, food and atmosphere were great! We ended up at the bar on the other side of the restaurant where everyone was listening to music, talking and having fun. You would never even realize there was a bar from the dining...
