Two amazing people that make the highest quality and most delicious food you can imagine. It’s worth the trip here from ANYWHERE to get some of Mike and Grady’s meats, cheeses and more. Every detail is made with a deep passion and love for food and you can tell with every bite. I especially love the smoked meats and pates, no trip here when friends or family come to visit is complete without them having a Cheddar Brat. Anything in the store wether made by them or curated by them is the best version of it you will find anywhere, in my humble opinion!

Happened in here today just to check it out and left with the most delicious smoked brisket I’ve ever had! Kicking myself for not getting more! Looks like I’ll be making a the hour and a half round trip drive again soon! The breakfast sausage is also very tasty! Not to mention the people behind the counter were super friendly and happy to be there!

Fabulous mom & pop butcher and meat processing shop. We spent a month in this town, shopping here every week and buying anything Mike and Grady had to offer and everything was a hit. They make incredible sausages and cured meats in house, and source the best steaks for grilling at home that I’ve ever had. Highly highly recommend stopping by here.
Incredible place. The owners make a wide array of meat products including sausage, cured meats, hand-cut steaks, and smoked brisket. Everything is high quality, fresh and delicious. The owners are knowledgeable and have excellent relationships with local farms. They also source and curate gourmet products like excellent chocolate, dairy, and tinned fish. Worth a stop if you’re anywhere in the region.
