Twin Lakes Hotel (The Hotel Without Rooms)

We came here on a recommendation from a friend. Great food in 'Grandma's house' as someone else described. Hubs had seafood platter with sweet potato fries. I had the TL burger and sweet potato fries - we split onion rings. Each of us enjoyed Writer's Tears with our meal.
Price was good. Food was great. Service was great. We were well taken care of and will return!

I had the hot turkey sandwich and I was surprised it was done with Turkey and not lunch meat turkey never seen that anywhere in the amount of fries I had it was outrageous The bowl of soup was big the lemonade I had tasted good I gave four stars for the service because I like it when they come back and see if I could use more drink and not have to run to the car and get water The atmosphere was good there was a bar atmosphere but I just want to highly recommend the food it was delicious

Best garlic and maple wings in the ADK’s!

Great dinner. Kind people. Only wish they accepted cards as I was in area on business. But certainly cash is king and they do have an atm available if needed. Thanks. Loaded baked potato and mozzarella sticks cooked perfectly. Even the side salad was nice.

The restaurant could not have passed health inspections with the dog crate in the dining room and the dog roaming the restaurant. There were also people smoking inside the restaurant and it looked like it had not been cleaned since it was built. Service was sub par with the server never checking on us or refilling our drinks. Not very welcoming as everyone at the bar was staring at us. Food quality was non existent as the fish squirted oil when I bit into it. McDonald’s is a finer dining experience.

I will leave it at this they seem to have been fined a lot about the health department which is very sad because it would have been a good choice to eat at. But still raining so just so horrendous that I would not take my family there.

Nice country restaurant. Beers on tap. Food is good and affordable. Burgers are big.

I'm from Mattydale but they treat me like a regular. This would b the greatest spot in the world if i could just get a genny bock. I could eat their TL burger 4 b-fast, lunch & dinner & my genny light is always cold. Good-natured ribbing isn't on the menu but is plentiful (given or taken) Gr8 food Gr8 times & Gr8 folks

Beer selection good, food great, inside atmosphere you’re grandmas house! Fresh hot food was delicious. The service is great and the price is fair! Would recommend if you’re in town!
