Great coffee but AWFUL staff!!! Came here on thurs and sat. planning to get my free iced latte that I saved from T-mobile Tuesday, but this guy that work at night shifts REFUSED to scan it and said ONLY Tuesday. Ive been to other places and they all allow me to use it within the week, except this guy! More over, the policy for t-mobile Tuesday clearly stated that I can use it within seven days. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE STAFF
I ordered a mocha iced latte quite a few times. They always put too much chocolate syrup on the bottom of the cup that you can't even taste the coffee. I get sick once I consume their food. Clearly they aren't doing something right. The people there are friendly in that case here is a star

Went last week and asked for the new gingerbread hot latte but because of the employee’s incompetence he made a regular hot latte that was horrid. Not only did he forget to put the flavoring in but when asked he lied and said “yeah it is in there” why lie and not just own up to it and say the truth. Just disappointed is all.
