My husband and I held our wedding here in June 2024 and every single part of our day was absolutely perfect! We saw the venue for the first time in the absolute dead of winter and still instantly fell in love because we knew immediately how beautiful it would be in the summer. From the time we booked until the wedding day, the events staff was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The venue coordinator who we were initially working with ended up leaving about a month before our wedding, which threw me into a bit of a panic. But there were no issues at all, we began working with Monica and Gretchen who took over seamlessly! They allowed us to bring some of our decor into the venue the day before (since they didn't have any events scheduled the night prior) and we were able to come back the day after the wedding to pick everything up rather than trying to pack it up at the end of the night, which was HUGELY helpful! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding. Several of our guests raved about it and said they can't wait to go back! The ONLY downfall about this venue is that its kind of in the middle of nowhere with no hotels nearby. Other than that, I can't say enough good things about Colloca and their staff!

We decided to take a day trip from Syracuse to have lunch at Colloca Estate Winery and a hike at Fair Haven State Park. It wasn't busy in the outdoor dining area when we arrived at about 12:15 on a Thrusday, although several additional couples trickled in after we arrived.
The pulled pork sandwich was very good. The Sililian sandwich also was very good and was huge. The Sicilian Tomato Potato Salad side sounded interesting but was disappointing (we both got that side and neither of us liked it or finished It).
Counter service was friendly and prompt (we were the only ones ordering at the time) and our food came out in about 10-15 minutes. You have to go to the bar at the other end of the seating area to get wine. We were in the mood for a Reiling but they were out of 2 of the 3 Rieslings on the menu. We ordered the available Riesling - it was good, but the bottle price seemed a bit high for us. We'd return of we were in the area.
Edited to add: We were taken aback by the "response from the owner". Seriously - we're at a winery, not a high end restaurant (at best it’s an outdoor cafeteria). Tacking on an additional $5 depending on where at the winery you buy the wine is, well, tacky. And chiding your customers because they don't want to spend $25 on a bottle of wine is arrogant and not the way to win or keep customers. Guess we won't be back after all.

My son and “new” daughter in-law got married at Colloca estate winery on Saturday June 22, the staff and facility was a 12 out of 10! The attention to details and customer satisfaction was the best I have experienced. And I have attended 100’s of wedding over the years! I would highly recommend this wonderful location. Thank you Colloca staff!

As a wedding venue, it is lovely! I'm sure the pictures will be beautiful! The staff that were wandering with plates of appetizers obviously haven't been trained very well for the position. The food was pretty good.
Quiet midweek day but a beautiful estate and very nice wines to taste.

We went here to see the total eclipse and it was fantastic. If I didn't know any better, I'd think they had eclipse viewing events every week. The whole thing was so well organized (parking, food, music, vendors, themed souvenirs), it was truly a joy. They had plenty of bathrooms to accommodate the large groups. Everyone on staff that we encountered was friendly and great at their job.Kudos to Colloca, we'll be talking about it for years to come. And next time we're in the area, we'll stop by again.
