Ordered masala chai , And he made it taste like sugar syrup , When I asked him to replace it Mr rep with .(zero customer service and empathy ) said I gotta pay for another drink !!! Tell him to work on his attitude , And he should learn how to make Chai !!!

I placed an order on Uber Eats today from PYO Chai, excited to get two Desi Masala Chai with brown sugar boba. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the boba was completely missing from both drinks. You can only imagine how disappointing it is to specifically order boba just to not receive it.
What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue here. A month ago, I visited in person and had a problem with one of my drinks, but I let it go since it was just 1 out of 3 drinks that were done incorrectly. (They gave me a Kashmiri Chai when I asked for a Desi Masala Chai with brown sugar boba.) Today, it took a lot of convincing from my brother to give them another chance, thinking my last experience was a one time mistake. Clearly, it wasn’t.
Consistency is key in good service, and unfortunately, PYO Chai has let me down twice now. I really wanted to love this place, but it’s hard to trust an order when mistakes keep happening.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE GUY WITH DUSKY TONE AND GLASSES (idk his name )First he messed our chai, made it too sweet and when we asked if there is any way he could adjust he clearly refused and told me to pay again to get a new one plus he didn’t even say sorry for the mistake he did.We are regular customer at both of the locations this behaviour was absurd.

I was very disappointed about the order I made today at 2:00pm. I tried to call several times to speak with someone in regards to this and no one picked up.
There was no lychee jelly put into the kashmiri bubble tea I ordered. The mango bubble tea was SO sugary. I asked for 50% sugar for the kashmiri tea and 75% for the mango bubble tea. It was way too much sugar. It's unfortunate. They upcharged for everything and the order was inaccurate.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! gave us meat Momos instead of veggie ones. and when we told them to change it they made us wait 30 minutes for the veggie Momos. I feel they lied to us and purposely gave us the meat ones since the beginning since their veggie momos weren't ready. they lied to us and customer service was bad.

PYO CHAI is my new favorite bubble tea spot! The drinks are delicious, with so many unique flavors to choose from. Amaan, the worker who helped me, was fantastic—super friendly and made great recommendations. His excellent service really made the experience memorable. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I've been coming to this spot since it first opened a few years back and it's always great to see the new additions to the menu. I haven't visited in a bit but, during my last visit, I was super excited to see they had added a Paan Bubble Tea!!
Paan Bubble Tea sounds absolutely wild so I had to try it and am I glad I did! It was absolutely amazing!
The Paan flavored kulki was such a vibe and this milk tea instantly became one of my favorite flavors. Because there's no way to adjust the sugar levels, it's also one I can't indulge in too often.
I cannot recommend this spot enough - it's a great neighborhood spot that blends Indian desserts with boba for a nice blending of two Asian cultures!
As a first time customer, I was excited to try this boba. I ordered masala chai boba for myself with brown sugar boba and kashmiri chai with brown sugar boba for myself husband. We ordered it hot. After picking it up, we drank it after 5-10 minutes and realized that there was no boba in the drink and called to complain and left a voicemail as there was no answer. We left our number and no one has reached out. I am extremely disappointed with this service especially since I was so excited to have this. I won't be purchasing again as I don't want to waste more money. Also the regular sweet option is actually extremely sweet.
