This was the 2nd Dunkin of my day. And the manager who helped us was excellent. We wanted donut totes. At the first Dunkin I asked what I needed to do to get one as I didn't know and they ignored me. This manger let me know and looked at my previous receipt and said I should have received one for my order. I went back with my receipt and they were out of them. Glad I stopped and got them from this wonderful place!

My family and I stopped in yesterday on Christmas day for coffee and the 2 girls working behind the counter had quite the line of customers to take care of. They were both wonderful and handled the crowd swiftly and with such grace. I just wanted to leave a review to thank them for their time and effort!

I only wanted a cup of hot coffee and had to wait in line while all the foofoo drinks were made. The blueberry muffin I was going to eat later I should have thrown it out the windows as I drove by the next day.

I ordered a cookie dough frozen coffee and unfortunately had a really bad experience. Two ladies were working at the time — one of them told me they were out of the cookie dough cream, so she gave me some options and I chose chocolate instead. I was clearly disappointed, and the other woman actually laughed at me for it, which I felt was really unprofessional.
Then, when my drink was finally ready, there were no cookie dough chips on top either, so I didn’t even get what I paid for. As a respectful young man, I didn’t want to cause a scene or start anything in the store, but this honestly wasn’t good service. I paid full price and didn’t receive the product the way it should have been made, and being laughed at as a customer was unnecessary.

I have an addiction to cappucino and they are consistently great, not a small task as no other dunkin seems to get it right. Quae (my bad if misspelled) on the early morning shift is a rockstar and super pleasant.I drive ten minutes out of my way to get great cappucinos. Well worth

this place just opened after waiting months and months, I think i’ve gotten food from here 5 times since it’s opened and each time my bagel is either burnt, stale, or has the smallest amount of cream cheese. I just got a bagel again and it’s completely burnt and i had to add my own cream cheese from home. i look forward to these bagels but i don’t think i’ll be wasting my money again. Order from here if you want burned bagels with no cream cheese that you paid for!
I have a video I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and there is a speck of cream cheese on each side I have a video and I’m about to go back and return this bread this is disgusting
