The service was amazing. I accidentally reserved to their new location and didn’t realize and came here. After walking out to try and make my reservation she followed me out and was able to accommodate us, party of 5! They attended to us immediately. We started with appetizers… mild wings, calamari and crab cakes. Followed by pork chops w rice and beans and paella and unfortunately the pollo guisado was a bit salty but they were quick to change our order. Instead we got the spinach, yuca fries and grilled chicken! It was delicious! Drinks were on point and the atmosphere was amazing! Definitely a must try!

They forgot the BEANS! Need i say more? Ordered red beans with one meal, black with another, GOT ZERO BEANS! Invisible beans! Traveled from New City for this pick up order. Who orders spanish cuisine for the white rice?! You didnt think it was weird that you were bagging up a meal with no beans! I'll never be back

I went to Sazón y Pilon for the first time with my family. The food was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend the pernil, mango ceviche, and sancocho. The margaritas are also delicious! But what really made the experience is the excellent service. Kimberly was incredible - she was so friendly and attentive. Will definitely be returning🙂

There is a sister store 10 minutes from my house but I’d rather come to this one for there wonderful food and spectacular service with a smile.

The food is more flavorful with more attentive service at their New City location. Not bad, overall, but I prefer to travel the extra distance.
