Usually, take out sushi is a coin flip. Good sushi chefs do not recommend eating take out sushi as the flavor will change within 20 minutes. I’ve eaten great sushi in many, many places and great sushi at the restaurant does not translate into great take out, Min Sushi is the best take out sushi I’ve ever had hands down…. I had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful lunch at Min Sushi and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The sushi rice was impeccably well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, providing an ideal base for the fresh fish.
