Updated review 10/09 -I didn’t think I’d have to cook my own pizza ?.. next time make sure it’s cooked fully, no one wants soft doughy pizza for this type of style pizza.
Idk if there is a new owner or what. The 2 slices of pizza was thrown in a box no parchment paper, little sauce, shit ton of cheese. Never had pizza like this from this place. Usually very good no idea what happened

Pizza is ok . Recently bought some calzones from here and they were sizable but dough was tough and got hard while eating. At one time they decent but now it's time to change pizza joint.

My family has been going to Pizzarena for years, and we’ve regarded it as the best pizza around. However, tonight’s pizza was simply not the same. Different cheese, different sauce, and none of the classic Pizzarena taste. Please bring back the old recipe.

I just moved to the area. I accidentally ordered food to the wrong address. But Pizzarena stood on their promise to deliver. They made the order again. They delivered it and it was delicious (chicken francese). Its great when a business cares about their customers. I will definitely order again soon.

Horrible service from the staff and manager! I called for delivery they made an error on there end and wanted to blame it on me when I called the staff hung up on me ! They had already charged me. When I ask to speak to the manager the manager was also rude. Horrible customer service! They just lost a customer.

I was looking up the website and found a menu for them in there pictures. So I called and ordered a 25 buffalo wings thinking that I would be paying 17.50$ When my husband went to pick up the order he was charge 33.35$ for 25 buffalo wings. He ask about the price and showed them the menu picture and they had no idea what he was talking about?. I’m sure this is not the first time this has happen. If this menu is incorrect they should have Google take off this picture. It is misleading and a rip off. The wings were ok I’ve had better, I also cut my finger opening up the big aluminum tray they came in. Over all not a good experience. Will not be ordering anything from them again.
