I used to love ordering from here. Recently I’ve ordered delivery twice and both time have take over 1 hour and a half to bring me my food. Not coming back here

There prices are super high 2 containers of chicken broth and small rice which should have been included cost $10.00

Called to get delivery. Woman that answered phone was not nice at all!! I tried to place an order for beef with snow peas which they didn’t have, and yelled at me “ what you want what you want” so decided to get beef with garlic sauce and I guess I wasn’t talking fast enough for her and she said “ oh my god stupid woman’ and hung up the phone!! The amount of disrespect for sub par Chinese food is real!!!

I wasn't greeted, the kid who waited on me. Had zero personality, and lacked customer service skill. The food was good, but teach that kid some manners.

I ordered few days ago, and not only they took an hour and 25 minutes to bring a delivery that’s not even a mile away but also when the delivery got home, the driver wanted to keep the change for “tip” he argued with me for a tip after taking an hour and 25 minutes? Really disappointed and yes of course the food was cold, never ordering from here again. Service is a 0/10.

The last 3 times I've ordered from this place they've either screwed up my order or it never showed up for delivery and every time I would call to find out when it was coming all they would say is he coming. I live about 10 minutes away and after an hour of no showing they were still just saying they're coming. No estimate even when asked. Nothing. I'm done going there. Super unreliable in delivery and items on top of terrible communication.
