After a series of forgetting our drinks, not calling us when our food was ready and not putting a cookie tote order in (which takes a while), a young man by the name of Jahsheem came to my table and apologized for everything that had transpired He was polite, friendly and respectful but above all, he was intuitive and and noticed what was going on around him. He gave me a $10 Giftcard for a future visit. I did not complain nor did I make any gesture to let anyone know I was upset.
