*Changed from 1 star to 3*I never order shakes through drive through anymore bc of my previous review below. Now I only order shakes inside. They always make their shakes very well, adding about 1.5-2 scoops of ice cream for a nice consistency in a small shake. I always leave satisfied with my purchase.——Usually, when I order inside, they have chocolate shakes. For some reason, I always have a hard time with drive-thru. This is the 4th time I tried ordering a chocolate milkshake through drive-thru, and they say they don’t have chocolate available. They proceeded to tell us the three flavors they claim they do have, which are always the same three. I thought it was odd that they seemingly never have chocolate at the drive-thru, so I went inside to check, and guess what? There’s a tub of chocolate out on display, enough to make at least 5 large shakes, and there are other flavors available that weren’t mentioned at the drive-thru.Not sure why they would lie about not having the flavor I asked for, but it’s unprofessional and not appreciated. Hopefully management fixes this.

Second time, in a ROW, I come here and they don’t have what I’m ordering... you come to a donut place only to find out they don’t have donuts. And the latest one, I ordered a banana split and guess what??? They don’t have bananas. I think today was my last day visiting this location.
