I don't know why I keep coming back here. They don't have 1/2 the products for ice cream they're supposed to. They're always out of waffle cones, lemon sorbet, waffle sundae cups. NO BANANAS SPLITS? you're kidding me! If they do a double scoop in a regular cone, it's 1/2 the ice cream for the same price as the Waffe Cone? The poor kids that work here don't seem to know how to handle it. They're oen toll 10 but licked the doors at 9? Someone is behind the scenes screwing things up big time; Baskin Robbins should dump them.

They always make their shakes very well, adding about 1.5-2 scoops of ice cream for a nice consistency in a small shake. This is the 4th time I tried ordering a chocolate milkshake through drive-thru, and they say they don’t have chocolate available. They proceeded to tell us the three flavors they claim they do have, which are always the same three. I thought it was odd that they seemingly never have chocolate at the drive-thru, so I went inside to check, and guess what? There’s a tub of chocolate out on display, enough to make at least 5 large shakes, and there are other flavors available that weren’t mentioned at the drive-thru.Not sure why they would lie about not having the flavor I asked for, but it’s unprofessional and not appreciated. Hopefully management fixes this.
