On 9/15/2024 day of Suffern Street fair , they closed Rest Room , falsely they put sign says restroom out of order on the door , their two employees look very matured were angrily saying rest room is not good ,they cut supply of water even customers can not wash hand , one old age lady employee locked rest room permanently, this is way they work there and expect gratuity from customers,

We had the most wonderful service from Miguel, who was so considerate and attentive to our every need, and even suggested alternatives for us. Bathrooms were clean and food was excellent.

Despite Google indicating an 8:00 PM closing time, my recent visit to Dunkin' left me quite disappointed. After a 15-minute drive with hopes of enjoying a fresh cup of coffee, I was met with a closed store and dimmed lights. I am very disappointed and embarrassed for this dunkin franchise. DO
