So if you are a customer in the store you are nothing, you will wait 20 minutes until you are acknowledged, only yo be told to order off the kiosk and not with the person who finally speaks with you. Just walked away at that point. Don't need to be treated like nothing.

This location is “conveniently” off the highway but i decided to never return after multiple incidents with the same attendant. The lady with the hijab consistently has sarcastic remarks and has no customer service. She has given me rude responses in multiple occasions, served me cold coffee when I ordered hot and she puts my coffee in a hot beverage cup (clearly intentional) like I said this location is off the highway so it makes it very inconvenient to even return to correct orders. I strongly believe this lady is racist. The final event that made me refuse to ever return was when the mobile app ordered three of the same coffees in error - when she began to pass me multiple cups (although it was just me in my car) I told her this must be an error as I only ordered one - I even showed her my in app receipt - she was very rude and said this was my fault - instead of simply offering a credit or refund as I was again an every day customer due to its convenience in location. I told her I will never return because she is always the problem- literally every other associate I have encountered is professional and kind except this woman who seems to be there every morning. I rather go across to Panera where the staff doesn’t ruin my morning although I do prefer Dunkin coffee.

EVERY morning my wife gets me 2 wake up wraps with bacon and the bacon is raw. It's "pre cooked' and microwaved and when u open it u can see its raw bacon ? yuck

Absolutely will never come here ever again. It was my first time and absolute last. Employees seem to not give a damn. about their job. The breakfast sandwich I had absolutely gross , burned bread and most extremely dry sausage ever .

I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese and a peach drink at the drive thru (Airmont Rd) and when I got to my destination, I saw that I got a plain bagel which I don't eat. I've tried calling the store but nobody answers and the woman didn't give me a receipt which I also don't appreciate.
