Worst Dunkin ever. It’s completely KOSHER so if u want a bacon egg & cheese, u can’t get it lol. No meat and no cheese. Ridiculous for a DUNKIN to be kosher. SMH. Horrible. I stopped going here years ago.

They don't clean tables. It was filthy when I was there. Spanish speaking. Didn't know what half&half was. They gave me a half calf coffee instead. I'm sure they are hard workers but do not have full command of the English language.

Longest wait at any Dunkin Donuts. The employees seem to be working at an ok pace but there is zero organization and order-flow is mismanaged. I was third in line inside the store and counted 15 drive through cars get served. People were getting part of their orders filled and waiting more than 10 minutes for the rest. Worst experience at any D&D I’ve ever seen. Will never come back here.

Food is shrinking and prices are going up up. The staff are courteous but sometimes incompetent and forget things or mess up the order/price.

8/20/25: I checked Dunkin's website prior to coming, and found that the hour this branch was closing was 10 pm. Per google, the hours were confirmed by Dunkin 3 weeks ago. I arrived at 8:56 and the store was closed. This is not the first time this has happened at this particular branch, and it is frustrating to the point of discouraging me from making the drive there, because I never know if they will actually be open at any given time.
The service is really below average, which is to be expected; this is Dunkin, not Starbucks. But I should hope that at least the staff would be present during their stated work hours. Dunkin, I would appreciate a response to this review, as I am unsure of how else to reach you to provide feedback that will be acknowledged.

08/07/25 I don’t usually ever go on a Thursday knowing how rude the two staff are & I ain’t trying to be racist but they are two African lady’s I asked for a ice matcha latte a little bit of ice & honestly it’s incredible to see how little I got , wished I can show a picture but sadly I can’t . Anyways bad service & I ain’t the type of person to leave reviews but sadly $6 to waste once again , hope they can one day find better staff & nicer workers :)
A kosher Dunkin donuts which serves no sausage or bacon, absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time, go to any other Dunkin donuts if you can

Garbage customer service. Ever since they changed the staffing here, no respect, they don't appreciate their customers. The place is dirty and unorganized.
Go somewhere else if you can. They'll just give you something you didn't order, then shuffle you along. Better yet, save your money; you can't do worse with frozen grocery bagels.
