I had to come on here and leave a review! The staff at the Airmont location was the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced in any chain restaurant!!! The gentleman that made my sandwich was so polite and welcoming!!! My sandwich was also perfect!

Nick who claims to be the manager let me know that even tho I go to jersey mikes all over the country with no problem that this location I cannot get a sandwich with my lettuce tomatoes and sauces on the side it’s against company policyI went down the street and Had no such issue

3 people. 1 young man 2 young ladies. My hat goes off to all of you! One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in eons. Polite ! Professional ! Outgoing! and all in sync .. take if you will a well oiled machine. In order for the machine to produce all components need to be working as one. This is exactly what this team did today I watched them take orders from the phone,assist customers in the store, prepare food and still maintain their charismatic approach to this afternoon rush. * however when you have employees like these you must cherish them. Burn out is serious. I can’t thank you guys enough. Oh also General Manger is absolutely hands down freaking amazing !

I didn’t get to try the food as soon as I walked in the lady said how ya doing and we said hello she didn’t seem to hear us and aggressively said did y’all not hear me I said how ya doing. I instantly walked out why she already giving attitude when I just walked in. So rude I imagen how she treats other costumers.
