For some reason, this McDonald’s location tastes better than any other location around, maybe because it’s less busy. You can taste the difference, never had a problem with service or anything else here and I frequent this location about twice a month for 2 years

Consistently mess up orders or, if it’s anywhere within a hour of closing time, say that they “don’t have” your order. This place has gone downhill on rollerblades. Go to the other location in Mahwah instead.

This place is run by teenagers and they do an exceptionally good job for what seems like no management so good job to them

They used to be good... Then they hired some new employees and they have SUCH an attitude. On my order I specified that I wanted four honey mustard sauce packets, it was even on my receipt. But the employee wouldn't give it to me saying I didn't pay for it and said it with a snarky attitude. The manager got the sauces for me no issue. It's a shame because prior to that employee, this Mcdonalds had the best team of workers.

They messed up our order and insisted we pay for the mess up. We had a total of 11 people ordering and spent over $120 before they made us pay for their mistake. The guy who first talked with us just started yelling and being nasty to me the moment I walked up there. I understand it was frustrating that he messed up our order, but there was no need to yell or to be disrespectful to me, when I was being kind, smiling, and just explaining the situation.
