A wonderful family-owned restaurant with a very warm and welcoming owner couple, Sanjana and her husband. You can truly feel the care and passion that goes into the food.

We tried several dishes and everything was excellent:
• Samosa – 9/10
• Onion pakoda – 8/10
• Chai – 9/10
• Lasooni Paneer – 10/10 (absolute standout!)
• Kadai Paneer – 9/10
• Garlic naan – 9/10
• Diwani Handi – 8/10
• Biryani – 8/10

The food is prepared by the owner, and the freshness and authentic flavors really show. Overall, a great dining experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Indian food. Will definitely be coming back!

The best food and chance to learn about real Indian cuisine. Their passion for food translate in their dishes. Our favorites Biryani, Chicken Guntur, Chili Garlic Naan and you can’t definitely go wrong with any of the Indian Classics.

One of life’s great travesties of living in the city is that we only get to visit this place once per month, on our way upstate. You’ll realize my hyperbole is really only half what it seems when you come here and try the Guntur Chicken. This place is our favorite meal north of the City and we spend all of our time living in the UWS wishing we were in Suffern, NY, at this delight of a restaurant.

Real, authentic Indian cuisine. We got chili chicken for appetizer & main course — butter chicken, rosemary garlic naan, chicken dum biryani, chai and coffee.
Chili chicken was crispy with perfect Indian Chinese sauce coating.

Butter chicken gravy was smooth and creamy, the chicken was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The naans were perfectly crispy on the edges and soft on the insides, smothered generously with butter.

Biryani is authentic Hyderabadi style with perfect masala and rice combo. (Forgot to take picture of biryani as we just dived into it but look at other pictures in the reviews).

Portions are generous!

Cardamom Chai came in flask to keep it warm and Special Indian Coffee had that perfect Indian spin to it!

The best part?! It’s a HALAL restaurant 💖

The host was very welcoming, warm and friendly. She kept checking on us making sure we had everything.

Excellent service & delicious food!!

I needed food and comfort Indian was definitely a consideration. We had landed early that morning and had to meet the family at the hospital.

The snow was about to come in a day and after a few weeks on the road the shock of winter was real.

The ratings were very tantalizing and being able to get mutton was a sign of being transported in south India. My only regret was this was going to be a take away.

But guess what it was way better than I could have desired. The paratha, the chicken, the rice (jeera included) were divine.

I so wished I had added the two things I always crave dal makhani and sag paneer.

The spice was so on point. I had to hide some of the rice so I could have some more over the coming days.

I know I have found my new spot for proper curry.

Chef was there and he tells me he can make pongal and sambar, so I am running over for a proper meal.

Loyalty is very expensive can’t expect from cheap people.

Delivering Lamp with sprinkle of bone on it to fool people by saying it is goat doesn’t make lamb a GOAT this are old schools tricks.

I respect ladies but when you tries to cover your frauds by urguing with customer, what we can say as we already paid for the order.

Be nice to people as a kind human being, all goes away only word remains.

Be blessed Madam.

I had a takeout order and ordered a Paneer chattinad (I don't remember the exact name of the dish), the food was overcooked. The staff is overconfident about their food taste and standards. I'm not sure about other items, but the one which I had was worse.

had an amazing experience at this Indian restaurant. The food was full of authentic flavor, perfectly cooked, and served fresh. Every dish had the right balance of spices without being too heavy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was clean, warm, and comfortable perfect for both casual meals and special occasions.
