If I could pick no stars I would! We came in from out of town 17 of us made reservations and we got there and they were closed! When we got there they were closed. I left my phone number when we made reservations they could have called me!!

Always heard great things first time being there. Food and service were great it was empty and server noticed my brother and I watching the TV she came and asked if we wanted the volume on which doesn't happen often. Very kind of hee. Highly recommend.

Great environment, food was delicious, service was fantastic! Had the Sutters double smash burger and that’s the definition of a burger. Sloppy, juicy, seasoned well and the sauce was the icing on it. Sweet potato fries and onion rings were great also. Karen provided excellent service, attentive, quick, very friendly and inviting!! Definitely will return 👍🏼

2025 Update: I have heard that this place has been through a few owners and renovations since my original review. It is no longer the same, it has not improved.
It makes me quite sad because, despite my original review, I fell in love with wings and especially their small ones. I know people rave about big meaty wings but something about their small wings really set them apart.
The wings I had today were run of the mill wings you could get anywhere. Not bad, but not great.
Original review (I didn't like wings): I can't speak for the wings, though everyone raves about them, don't eat anything but a hamburger. Especially the fish and chips, if you've had them the proper way (in England) you'll be extremely let down.

My BLT would have been so much better if the tomato was ripe and flavorful. The bacon should have been made to order.
Great wings. Best in the area. Small crispy wing with a delicious sauce. My kids loved their meals. The French Onion soup was delicious.

Had an awesome dinner with my family @ an old-time favorite place for Suffern. Shout out to Samara and the rest of the staff. Happy to see that Sutter's Mill is back and better than ever!
