I usually come a lot to this location since I own I restaurant less then at minute away and as a business owner I hate to write bad reviews but honestly my experience here is not great. This is the third time I order something online and when I got to the store to pick it up they just told me in a really rude way to take something else cause they don’t have more. I truly don’t like that much things at Dunkin’ so is hard for me to pick other things so I always ask to get my money back since I didn’t received for what I’m paying for and they always refuse ( I always order around 7:00PM early enough for them to have everything in stock. Not just this they don’t use gloves and touch the food with bare hands. I work on food industry so I know the risk and the big food safety violation that this is. I honestly just want to be able to go to this Dunkin’ and get whatever I order and with more cleanliness and best costumer service. I order Dunkin’ a lot and I want to be able to order for the closest store for me.

It’s nice and cold in there so that’s the only plus. I’m not sure what type of matcha latte this is but they couldn’t even mix it properly. Don’t work here if you’re going to be miserable and not do your job correctly. There are a lot of other people who are looking for a job. And no I would not tell them to remake my drink, if I can’t see it being made then that means I run the risk of them spitting in my drink for complaining.

My favorite part about this location is the management, they are so friendly and understanding. I look forward to coming here for my breakfast and seeing the familiar faces. They work very hard and its a great location.

I order frozen coffee and there are times when it is good and others when it is just liquid. Not very consistent. You never know what to expect.

Most days food is prepared correctly. Other days the bacon is soggy, cream is added to the coffee instead of milk. Like at all places, you need to check your food before you walk away, especially during rush hours. They also have ice cream.

Read all the other reviews. Some people should not work in customer service positions. The cashiers mannerisms were dismissive and rude. Either she lied about what was available or they don't stock well. Disappointed. Won't return to this location.
