It’s nice and cold in there so that’s the only plus. I’m not sure what type of matcha latte this is but they couldn’t even mix it properly. Don’t work here if you’re going to be miserable and not do your job correctly. There are a lot of other people who are looking for a job. And no I would not tell them to remake my drink, if I can’t see it being made then that means I run the risk of them spitting in my drink for complaining.

My favorite part about this location is the management, they are so friendly and understanding. I look forward to coming here for my breakfast and seeing the familiar faces. They work very hard and its a great location.

I order frozen coffee and there are times when it is good and others when it is just liquid. Not very consistent. You never know what to expect.

Most days food is prepared correctly. Other days the bacon is soggy, cream is added to the coffee instead of milk. Like at all places, you need to check your food before you walk away, especially during rush hours. They also have ice cream.

The employees here seem not to like their roles. Ordered an espresso shot with cream and sugar on the side; Was given a quarter shot and milk. I asked for a straw and was met with a blank face. To top things off the espresso was cold. Avoid if possible, had I known there was alternative location in proximity I would have made the walk.

Sinking Donut is hands down one of the best spots near my apartment! The donuts are always fresh, delicious, and have the perfect texture. Whether I'm grabbing a quick coffee or indulging in a sweet treat, they never disappoint.
What really makes this place special is the amazing staff. Everyone who works here is so friendly and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile and are quick to help with recommendations or make my order just right. It’s nice to have such a great place in the neighborhood where the service is as good as the food!
Highly recommend if you're in the area. This has become my go-to spot for donuts and coffee!
