My favorite part about this location is the management, they are so friendly and understanding. I look forward to coming here for my breakfast and seeing the familiar faces. They work very hard and its a great location.
Most days food is prepared correctly. Other days the bacon is soggy, cream is added to the coffee instead of milk. Like at all places, you need to check your food before you walk away, especially during rush hours.

Sinking Donut is hands down one of the best spots near my apartment! The donuts are always fresh, delicious, and have the perfect texture. Whether I'm grabbing a quick coffee or indulging in a sweet treat, they never disappoint.
