My favorite place to go is 1 Buen Sabor, where I am treated like family. Many of the muchachas call me by name. Two or three days a week I eat comida — rice, beans, and plantain with a selection of meat entrées on the hot steam table. The soups are on another level; I suggest the chicken soup for newbies — comes with rice and fresh cilantro. The bakery products are delicious! Simple and fresh. The coffee is mucho rico! I drink mine black — strong and flavorful, never bitter like other chains nearby.

The food is really good, but the staff act like they’re better than the customers. They treat people poorly, and if you come often and don’t leave a tip, they give you smaller portions or just ignore you. It’s disappointing, because the food deserves better service.

Food are comfort food. I enjoyed it. Service is questable. I talked to two staff. One ingored me, and the other one was ok and took my order. I think many staff don't speak English therefore they tried to ignore English speaking customers... Anyway my guess only.
Thank you for taking the two Spanish people that clearly came after us to order and completely skipping us. I could clearly see and feel that it was 100% intentional. Will never be going back to you guys 👍

In this restaurant we are pagans for the food. And not for a chicken or meat empanada to be made of potatoes or a pork rind to be soggy with salt. And to the ladies, what do they work, don't try to solve it by talking to the chef, their argument is that no one has complained.
